Tissue Culture & Transformation

My main role is to help manage the day to day running of the plant tissue culture service within The Sainsbury Laboratory.  These include management of the Arabidopsis thaliana transformation programme as well as transforming a number of other plant species and maintaining plant cell suspension lines.

My other skills include preparation of Illumina sequencing libraries and the running of the GAIIx.  I am also a trained and registered First Aider.
