I am interested in how intermolecular interactions between proteins change physiological responses in a living cell. To this end, I have pursued experiments that enable visualization or detection of protein complexes. Here, I am aiming to understand changes in oligomerization of the paired NLR receptors RPS4/RRS1 upon effector recognition.
