Publications
TSL scientists publish their work in a wide range of academic journals.
We are strong supporters of open access science and open access publishing. TSL is a signatory of the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA; https://sfdora.org/) and actively encourages researchers to use prepublication peer review (preprint servers) and publish in Open Access journals. We publish preprints regularly on bioRxiv and other preprint servers.
Emerging principles in the design of bioengineered made-to-order plant immune receptors
Regressive evolution of an effector following a host jump in the Irish potato famine pathogen lineage
The N-terminal executioner domains of NLR immune receptors are functionally conserved across major plant lineages
A blast fungus zinc-finger fold effector binds to a hydrophobic pocket in host Exo70 proteins to modulate immune recognition in rice
Allelic compatibility in plant immune receptors facilitates engineering of new effector recognition specificities
