Publications
TSL scientists publish their work in a wide range of academic journals.
We are strong supporters of open access science and open access publishing. TSL is a signatory of the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA; https://sfdora.org/) and actively encourages researchers to use prepublication peer review (preprint servers) and publish in Open Access journals. We publish preprints regularly on bioRxiv and other preprint servers.
The Solanum americanum pangenome and effectoromics reveal new resistance genes against potato late blight
A potato late blight resistance gene protects against multiple Phytophthora species by recognizing a broadly conserved RXLR-WY effector
The Arabidopsis WRR4A and WRR4B paralogous NLR proteins both confer recognition of multiple Albugo candida effectors
Concerted actions of PRR- and NLR-mediated immunity
The integrated LIM-peptidase domain of the CSA1/CHS3 paired immune receptor detects changes in DA1 family peptidase inhibitors to confer Albugo candida resistance in Arabidopsis
