Bio

I am interested in exploring the complex dialogues between plants and pathogens. Before joining the team, my research mainly focused on the functions of paired NLRs in rice and the structure-based engineering of their sensor NLRs. At TSL, I aim to use a range of biochemical and structural approaches to characterize interactions between additional NLRs and their potential interactors, investigate their biological functions, and ultimately use this information to guide further engineering of NLRs.
