Bio
I’m interested in molecular mechanisms of plant–microbe interactions. My research is focused on exploring the protein–protein interaction networks that underpin plant–pathogen interactions.
My project will employ high-throughput methods, including yeast two-hybrid (Y2H) screening, alongside complementary biochemical, structural, and bioinformatics approaches, to map and characterise the molecular interfaces between plant immune components and pathogen effectors.
My goal is to uncover how these interaction networks drive pathogen adaptation and plant resistance.
