I am responsible for all areas of HR for 100+ Laboratory and Support Staff.
My responsibilities include:
Recruitment – Responsible for resourcing talented candidates on behalf of the Laboratory.
Immigration – Responsible for the immigration process for employees and ensures the Laboratory operates within the legal framework
Employment Law – Best practice in UK employment Law. Up-to-date knowledge of current legislation
HR Strategy – Recommendations for Strategic HR initiatives
Compensation – Administration of payroll and pension on behalf of the Laboratory
Talent and Capability development – Coordinates, in a proactive and efficient approach training and development of all staff. Responsible for Leadership development
HR Administration – General administration in relation to all HR Matters
Employee Relations – Responsible for fully supporting management and colleagues to resolve issues appropriately
