Bio

I am fascinated by the application of single-cell omics approaches to study the plant immune system. Single-cell omics technologies allow us to shift from tissue-level investigations to probing individual plant cells, enabling unprecedented insight into molecular and cellular responses to pathogen infection. In my research, I aim to leverage the capabilities of these approaches to characterize immune cell states and reveal their function.
