Bio
Previously, I was interested in symbiotic interactions involving arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. For my master’s project, I worked on characterising effectors secreted by arbuscular mycorrhiza fungus Rhizophagus irregularis. More recently, my interest has shifted to the study of microbiomes, their dynamics, interactions with the host and the potential for engineering them, both within and beyond plant systems. I am particularly excited to explore this using spatial and single-cell multiomics approaches in Tatsuya Nobori Group. |
