I provide dedicated IT management and support to the entire Sainsbury Laboratory, whilst maintaining an ongoing connection to the NBIP Computing Department and CiS. I provide support to macOS, Linux and Windows environments and their associated software, both native and third-party installations.

I am available for advice, offering management and support on all IT related issues encompassing; IT security principles, network and telephony patching and configuration, server and cloud storage configuration, TSL external website maintenance, IT project support, audiovisual support, the procurement and installation of hardware and software and assisting both starters and leavers with their computing requirements.

Prior to my time at TSL, I spent 10 years providing IT support to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. During this time, I took on roles as an IT Service Desk Analyst, IT Systems Support Engineer and IT Network and Telecommunications Engineer.
