Bio

The idea that tiny microorganisms can profoundly impact the health and growth of plants, and, by extension our food systems and the environment, is both fascinating and inspiring to me.

At TSL, I am interested in using novel tools to understand the genetic underpinnings of plant-microbe interactions and harnessing this understanding for solving some of the world’s most pressing problems, such as food security and environmental sustainability.
