Publications
TSL scientists publish their work in a wide range of academic journals.
We are strong supporters of open access science and open access publishing. TSL is a signatory of the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA; https://sfdora.org/) and actively encourages researchers to use prepublication peer review (preprint servers) and publish in Open Access journals. We publish preprints regularly on bioRxiv and other preprint servers.
Multiple horizontal mini-chromosome transfers drive genome evolution of clonal blast fungus lineages
The blast effector Pwl2 is a virulence factor that modifies the cellular localisation of host protein HIPP43 to suppress immunity.
Zinc-finger (ZiF) fold secreted effectors form a functionally diverse family across lineages of the blast fungus Magnaporthe oryzae
Genomic surveillance uncovers a pandemic clonal lineage of the wheat blast fungus
Disentangling the complex gene interaction networks between rice and the blast fungus identifies a new pathogen effector
