Charlotte Briggs

I provide technical support to The Sainsbury Laboratory, within the Media Services team. We ensure that there’s everything the researchers need to perform experiments! Daily tasks include preparing media, managing stocks, sterilisation, and maintenance of laboratory consumables. We coordinate with other support services to work closely with individuals from every Research Group across TSL.

I moved to Norwich when I started studying at UEA and haven’t looked back! Previous to my role here, I have been involved in coordinating public Science engagement events, where I have represented a number of organisations, including the (former) Norwich branch of the British Science Association. I have also enjoyed many roles working with young people. I have a passion for saving the planet, am a keen cyclist, and am always just one word away from a song!
