Miss Lauren Grubb
I am a visiting Masters Student from the lab of Dr. Jacqueline Monaghan at Queen’s University (Kingston, Ontario Canada). I am interested in how plants are able to defend against pathogen stress, while also maintaining growth and development. At TSL I am investigating how the immune signalling kinase BIK1 is regulated, with a particular focus on its ubiquitination and turnover.
