Henry Jennings

Laboratory Technician
The 2Blades Group

I am interested in developing accessible, sustainable ways to adapt agricultural systems to the challenges presented by global climate change and the ever-increasing human population, particularly in the developing world. My work presently focusses on identifying novel sources of disease resistance from crop wild relatives to a range of pathogens of economically important crops.

My Masters research focussed on investigating host-microbe interactions in the context of virus-induced drought tolerance in both single and double viral infections, alongside their potential mechanisms.
