I provide dedicated day to day I.T. support to the entire Sainsbury Laboratory, whilst maintaining an ongoing connection to the NBIP Computing helpdesk. I supply assistance with both Windows and macOS environments and associated software. I am available for help with troubleshooting I.T. issues, purchase and installation of hardware and software, general I.T.-related project support and assisting both starters and leavers with their computing requirements.
Prior to my time at TSL, I spent 9 years providing I.T. support to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. During this time, I took on roles as a Service Desk Analyst, I.T. Systems Support Engineer and I.T. Network and Telecommunications Engineer.
