I provide dedicated day to day I.T. support to the entire Sainsbury Laboratory, whilst maintaining an ongoing connection to the NBIP Computing Department. I provide assistance with both Windows and macOS X environments and their associated software, both built-in and specific third-party installations.

I am available for help with supporting and troubleshooting all I.T. related issues including; the procurement and installation of hardware and software, network patching and configuration, TSL external website maintenance, I.T. related project support and assisting both starters and leavers with their computing requirements.

Prior to my time at TSL, I spent over 9 years providing I.T. support to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. During this time, I took on roles as a Service Desk Analyst, I.T. Systems Support Engineer and I.T. Network and Telecommunications Engineer.
